POLICY DRAFT · OCTOBER 2026

Privacy Policy

Pre-publication review required. This is a proposed policy for the public informational website only. Confirm the company's contact details, service providers, actual data practices and retention periods before relying on it for a USCIS application. No case-monitoring application is live.

1. Scope

This policy describes the ABAP LOGISTIC LLC informational website. The website currently has no account registration, case-status lookup, personal document upload or customer portal. Any future application will have its own reviewed privacy terms before collecting information.

2. Information and hosting

We do not intentionally collect immigration receipt numbers, identity documents or case information through this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical connection information such as IP address, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the site, subject to its applicable terms. We do not operate an analytics tracker or advertising pixel in this version.

3. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information for money or other consideration. We do not provide visitor information to marketers. Technical data may be processed by our hosting provider to operate the website. We do not authorize service providers to use or disclose information for their independent purposes without applicable consent or legal authorization. Any future additional recipient or use must be disclosed before deployment.

4. Choice and consent

Visitors can browse without creating an account or submitting personal case information. Do not send sensitive immigration or identity information through this website. If future functionality requires additional data collection, we will explain the purpose, recipients, risks, choices and limits and request active consent where appropriate.

5. Retention and deletion

This website has no visitor accounts or application database to delete. Hosting and security logs, if any, are retained according to the configured Cloudflare services and settings, which must be reviewed and documented before publication. For future applications, specific retention periods, dormant-account rules, deletion procedures and backups will be disclosed before launch.

6. Security and incidents

We plan to use HTTPS, access controls and data minimization. No system can promise absolute security. If a breach involving information under our control occurs, we will assess applicable notification obligations, inform affected users as required and provide practical steps they can take.

7. Policy changes and ownership

Material changes to personal-data processing will be explained in plain language. We will seek active consent where required before applying new terms. If ownership changes or operations end, affected users will be notified as required; personal data will not be transferred under materially weaker protections without appropriate notice and choices, including deletion where applicable.

8. Contact

Contact channel pending verification. Before publication for regulatory review, add a working business email or contact mechanism for privacy questions and requests. Do not publish this draft as a final compliance representation.
